Orders and delivery

After ordering here on the website, you will receive a confirmation email.

Almost all jewellery is made to order. There will be 1-4 weeks of delivery depending on what you have ordered. Jewellery that is in stock is sent with track and trace DAO within 4-7 working days or can be picked up at WØN, Frederiksberg Allé 37 kl. th, 1820 Frederiksberg. Here both workshop and shop take place and experience how the jewellery is made and meet the designer.

If you have an urgent order, contact me directly at +45 22863109 or liseskovgaarddesign@gmail.com, and most times it's possible for me to fulfill your request on delivery time.

If you need a personal meeting and discussion regarding an order, the meeting will take place physically by appointment at Frederiksberg Allé 37, 1820 Frederiksberg. If it is not possible to meet physically, then much can be agreed through pictures and telephone.

When you order a piece of jewellery, all jewellery will be delivered in an FSC jewellery box along with simple packaging.

Shipments abroad

Orders outside Denmark will normally be delivered within 7-14 business days but may have a longer delivery time due to postal delivery.

Payment

On the website, you can use the most common payment cards as well as ApplePay. All payments are made through Stripe, which meets the strictest rules for online payments and is certified according to PCI Service Provider Level 1.

Exchange

Exchange of purchased jewellery can be exchanged within 14 days. If the item needs to be changed in size or material, we will be happy to help with this. It is not possible to exchange specially designed jewellery, as they are made by agreement with you.

When the jewellery is exchanged, it must be returned unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that returns are not possible.

Warranty

When you shop at www.liseskovgaard.com, you have a 2-year warranty, which means that you will have the item replaced or repaired within that time. The fault in the product must not be due to incorrect use.

If you discover problems with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and remember to describe the problem with the jewellery. Please send the product to:
